PCS-NISSIN is the BOI promoted joint venture company between P.C.S. Machine and NISSIN Precision Machine (Nissin Seiki)  producing and supplying high  precision DIE and metal stamping parts to the local and global manufacturers in the development of Thailand and worldwide  fast growing industry.  PCS-NISSIN was established  in  1994  with the initial registered capital 80 Million  Baht or  U.S. $ 3.2  Million. The factory is located  in  Nakhonratchasima (korat) , the major province in Northeastern of Thailand. The company provides customers with full services of stamping parts including from die design to die production, and also metal parts and assembly.

タイで成長著しい産業の現地企業に供給しています。1994年に設立され資本金は8000万バーツ（320万USドル）です。

工場はタイの東北地区の主要県であるナコーンラチャシマ（コラート）にあり、お客様に金型設計から金型製作を含む

プレス製品のフルサービスを提供しています。さらには組立加工も行っています。

Company History

 

1957
  • Mr. Isao ITO founded a factory for manufacturing Precision Pressing Dies in Ohta, Tokyo (NISSIN PRECISION MACHINES CO., LTD.).
  • He developed new technology that changed manufacturing die by hand to by machining.
1965
  • NISSIN was started press stamping business.
1969
  • Operation at NISSIN IIDA Plant started
1980
  • P.C.S. Machine Thailand was founded in Nakhonratchasima to produce precision components (machining parts) for automotive and machinery industry
1994
  • Pcs-Nissin (Nissin and Pcs Group joint venture) was established with the aim to manufacture the Precision Dies and Metal Stamping Part. The company provides customers in Thailand with full services of stamping parts including from die design to die production , and also metal parts. Using high technology machine and measuring instrument.
1995
  • Start operation and supply the parts to Japanese Customer in Thailand (CKD Thai Co., Ltd.).
1996
  • Start business with customer export. Major customer are such as Sanyo (HK) , Nidec Sankyo (SG) , Victor of Japan , and etc.
  • Supply part of Office Automation to Canon.
  • Supply part of Computer to Mitsubishi and Sanyo
1997
  • Supply part of Computer to JVC.
1998
  • Sign contract to build the New Factory in A. Khamtaleso.
2000
  • Machines Movement and start operation in new factory.
2001
  • Export Computer parts to JVC China.
2003
  • Start sell Automotive parts CVT Automatic Gear and safety parts in Thailand (SRS Air Bag).
  • The company qualified to ISO9001 : 2000 (SGS/UKAS)
2004
  • Start Export safety parts to Poland and China.
  • Export part of Micro Motor to Sanyo China.
2005
  • Start Sub-Assembly (Welding) parts of TV Gun (Mitsubishi, NEC, etc.)
  • Supply part of Room Air Conditioner to Siam Compressor (Mitsubishi Electric)
  • Start business of Starter and Car Audio parts with Mitsubishi.
  • Supply part to IMV Project (JTEKT, Toyota)
2006
  • Start sell mobile phone parts (Nokia, Samsung).
  • Supply part of Room Air conditioner to Fujikoki (Daikin)
  • Start business with Niles (Valeo) to supply Connector for Multifunction Switch and Car Comfortable Accessories.
  • Supply part of Motorcycle to Bestex (Honda)
  • Supply part of Car Door Lock to U-Shin
  • “Non Drug Factory” from Department of Labor Protection and Welfare
2007
  • The company qualified to ISO/TS16949 : 2002 (SGS) and ISO14000 : 2004 (SGS/UKAS)
2008
  • The company start sell assembly parts.
  • The company order Welding Machine for support new model (Customer : Mitsubishi Electric.)
  • The company receive Quality Award No. 1 from Thai Stanley.
  • The company order Cleaning Machine "Cleanvy (Hydrocarbon)"
  • The company expansion factory for make Die Parts to support increasing order.
  • The company order Press Machine 300 Tons qty. 2 set for support production line.
2009

  • Supply the parts of Turbo Charger to Mitsubishi.
  • Supply part for Common Rail Sensor to Thai Daiichi

1957
  • 伊藤勲（故創業者）が東京都大田区に精密プレス金型の専門メーカー（日進精機株式会社）を設立。従来の手加工による金型製作を機械加工に変える新しい製作技術を開拓
1965
  • 日進精機、プレス加工の営業開始
1969
  • 日進精機、長野県飯田工場完成、操業開始
1980
  • シリポン氏他2名がタイ国東北部ナコンラチャシマに、切削加工メーカー株式会社P.C.S.マシーン・タイランドを設立する
1994
  • P.C.S.グループと日進精機が、金属プレス・金型製造メーカー株式会社PCS-NISSIN を合弁にて設立する
1995
